How likely is it that our EFT by phone will be effective? My experience is that human contact is very important so I feel a little bit apprehensive about speaking only by phone without seeing a face.
EFT sessions by phone are equally effective as working with someone in person. I do almost all of my work by phone — coaching both individuals and groups, and teaching teleseminars. Of course, it is nice to meet people in person, so I do that when I work with people in my local area. But I love having clients all over the world that I work with by phone.
Working by phone can be more effective, in that it allows intuition to kick in very quickly, without the distraction of eye contact. The downside is that I don’t get to meet people in person, and of course, you lose the advantage in picking up on someone’s body language. But the up side is that I never would have “met” many wonderful people if we I didn’t “meet” by phone. Most of the work that I have done for Gary Craig’s EFT website have been done by phone.
